Return Policy:
1-If your product & item is defective, damaged, incomplete, and incorrect at the time of delivery please contact us. Your product & item may be refunded depending on the condition and category of an item & product.
2-Always keep in mind that some items & products are not able to return as per the rule & policy of our Jalal Electronics store.
3-Any sort of device-related issues after usage & expiration of the return. We will refer you to the warranty centre (if applicable) for warranty claims.
Valid reasons to return a Product/Item:
Delivered product & item is damaged (physically broken & defective) or dead on arrival & delivery both cases.
The delivered product is an incorrect /missing/ incomplete part.
Delivered products or items no longer needed means you have changed your mind about the purchase or size. You don’t like the item after opening the package (eligible & qualified for selected products only).
Conditions for return policy:
- The product must be unused & unwashed without any sort of flaws & damage.
- The product must include the real tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories, etc.
- The product must be returned in the original condition & shape.
