You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Product is defective, damaged, or not working
  • Product delivered is incorrect (wrong item/model)
  • Request is raised within 3–7 days of delivery
  • Product is:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • With original packaging, accessories, and invoice

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock for replacement

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only (as required by secure payment gateways like Allied Bank / NIFT ePay)
  • If paid via:
    • Debit/Credit Card → refunded to same card
    • Bank Transfer → refunded to provided bank account
    • COD → refunded via bank transfer
